Cutlery placed on the plate at 90° mean that you're not eating right now. The staff will not take your plate from the table.
Place your fork and knife parallel on your plate to signal the staff that you're done eating. The staff will collect your plate as soon as possible.
When you're done eating cross the cutlery on your plate and the staff will add 5 PLN to your bill. Only this little does it cost to buy a hot meal for one of the 700 000 Polish children who cannot afford it.
More than 700 000 Polish children do not eat a hot meal on a daily basis. A symbolic gesture followed by a symbolic donation can solve this problem. We are introducing a new way of handling your cutlery after you've eaten that will signal the staff to collect your plate and add 5 PLN to your bill. The small donation will buy a hot meal for a child who cannot afford it.
